Complimentary first hour consultation
Develop theme for the event
Recommend suitable vendors for event (florist, decorator)
Accompany client to all vendor appointments
Assistance in choice of caterers and menu selection
Assistance in choice of invitation and other stationery if applicable
Putting together gift bags/baskets
Delivery of gifts to all in attendance
Assist in and facilitate the set-up of the event from all vendors
Decorate the location chosen to host event
Arranging of transportation for out-of-town attendees
Arranging a list of popular attractions for guests not familiar with area
Arranging entertainment for the night (DJ or band)
Taking care of any rentals necessary (podium, microphone, projector)
Maintain all contracts with every vendor involved
Belle Affairs also offers hourly consulting for a fee of $50 per hour
